WHAT TO EXPECT

We hope you choose to join us for a laid-back, relaxing, and fun week with close family and possibly a few close friends.

We loved Whitefish during our past visits and we hope that you will too! If traveling by plane, the closest airport is Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispell, Montana and is about a twenty-minute drive from The Lodge at Whitefish Lake. The Lodge at Whitefish Lake offers complimentary transportation to/from Glacier Park International Airport and must be scheduled at least three days in advance. If you wish to rent a vehicle for the duration of your stay, ground transportation rental is available from Glacier Park International Airport.

Our celebrations will be kid-friendly and we hope that you will join us with your families. Feel free to bring activities for the kids to share or utilize the many amenities that The Lodge at Whitefish Lake has to offer (see more on the "activities" page).

The luxury homes we have reserved for our families are a short walk (about 500 yards) from the hotel lodge (where the pool, spa, and restaurants are), across a neighborhood road. There is an open-space park in the small neighborhood that will provide a great area for throwing around a baseball or softball.

Normal highs/lows for early October in Whitefish are 50's-60's and 30's-40's. We are planning to have an outdoor ceremony so please check the weather before you pack and be sure to bring comfortable shoes for a short outdoor walk.
